Do you provide a domain name for my website?We can purchase a domain name for you on your behalf. If you already have a domain name, we recommend leaving it where it is, and we’ll point it to our servers when your new website is ready to go live—all we need is your domain name provider login credentials.
Can I cancel or downgrade before the end of the agreement term?There’s no option to cancel or downgrade the agreement early. This is because we distribute the cost of your initial website design and development (in addition to the unlimited changes, hosting, and backups) over 12 monthly payments, and most of the design and development happens at the beginning of the agreement term. However, you’re welcome to pay off the total amount of the agreement at any time, and we'll honour our commitment to provide our promised services for the remainder of the agreement term.
How long will it take to build my website?As long as you can provide us everything we need straight away, we'll launch your website within 1 week.
Can I have a blog?Yes, we can add a SEO optimised blog to your website. Please contact us for further information and pricing.
Will you host my new website?Yes. Our plans cover the cost of website hosting on safe and reliable dedicated servers—
Cloudflare Workers—the biggest network of servers distributed across the globe in over 270 locations.
I already pay for website hosting. Can I keep hosting my new site with that company?Keeping your new website safe, secure, and running efficiently is a huge priority for us. For this reason, we will not install your new website on any other servers. However, once your new website is live on our server, you can cancel your current hosting plan if it doesn’t have any other websites or email connected to it. Contact us for more information.
Can I pay by check?We do not accept check payments. All plans are set up on monthly auto-pay from a valid debit or credit card. This is to avoid interruption in payment and to cover the cost of development as well as ongoing updates.
Do you provide email addresses?Because of the increasing complexity and requirements of email, we do not offer email addresses at this time. We recommend using a dedicated email service such as
Fastmail.com for your organization’s email addresses. However, we will set up the necessary MX records to make your email addresses work with the outside email service of your choosing.
Can I make changes to my website?No, we make the changes for you. It's easy to break the design or accessibility of a website. Easy to upload gigantic images that kill the page speed, or add too much content to a section that breaks the design and looks bad. Now your website looks unprofessional, and doesn’t rank well. We maintain the integrity of the website and keep it running at 100%.
What happens at the end of the agreement?Your subscription will automatically switch to a month-to-month maintenance plan. However, once your 12-month agreement is complete, you own your website and all of its content. If you choose to move your site to another company or host provider, we’ll provide you with a backup file that contains your entire website. Most of our clients choose to continue on our monthly maintenance plans.
What types of tasks are included in the unlimited content edits plan?Our unlimited content edits covers anything that takes 30 minutes or less to resolve. For example: Adding or editing content like images, pages, etc.
What’s your response time for content edits?Emergency fixes, which include any website issue that is hindering the client from doing business (ex. site down, functionality not working, etc.), will be completed within 24 hours. General revisions, which include any other updates or revisions that aren’t otherwise categorized, will be completed within 3 business days.
Do you really offer unlimited content edits?Yes! When we say unlimited content edits, we mean it! After your website is live, you can send in as many requests as you’d like. Remember that a content edit is anything that takes 30 minutes or less to resolve.
